Are all of your products handmade? Yes. Our products are hand crafted by dedicated and experienced employees.
Do you customize products for your customers? Yes, we manufacture customized products for our customers. Customized products must adhere to minimums established. Discuss your customized needs with your local Sales Consultant.
How often do you launch new products? Appetizers And, Inc. has two launches per year—summer and winter.
How do you determine what new items to launch? Our new product process adheres to a detailed market and industry research and focus group(s) with culinary professionals.
Do you have Kosher products – certification? Yes. Appetizers And, Inc. has a OU certified Kosher line. See our complete Kosher line under the “Our Products” tab, under “Product Listing”.
What is the shelf life of your product and how should your product be stored? The majority of our products have a shelf life of 540 days. For information on a specific SKU, please refer to the product's individual Spec Sheet under the "Our Products" tab.
Can your products be refrozen once thawed out? We do not recommend refreezing product that has been thawed out as this compromises the integrity of the product.
Are your products microwaveable? Meals and breakfasts on our Kosher line require a microwave oven preparation method. Microwaving the majority of our hors d’oeuvres is NOT recommended.
