Fig & Mascarpone in Phyllo
From Italy, comes two of her dessert treasures - exquisite figs and smooth mascarpone cheese. Figs, considered by ancient civilizations to be a food of the gods and mascarpone of triple-crème cheese are blended together and carefully folded into a delicate phyllo. This wondrous mixture with accents of sugar and lemon juice is a journey to the Mediterranean with expectations that are exceeded only by the incredible taste of this unique hors d'oeuvre.


Rosemary & Asiago Cheese Straws
Yes, we have gone to the sea, but this time we have There are cheese straws and then there are Rosemary & Asiago Cheese Straws! And therein lies the difference. This cheese originally made only in the Dolomite Mountains reminiscent of the sharp Cheddar and Parmesan. And this subtle difference is what makes our puff pastry twists so very different from other cheese straws. This unique taste is accented with a pinch of salt and Rosemary leaves. Our cheese straws are the perfect partner to a fresh, greens salad or soup. They can be served as a tasty side dish or as a tasty complement to a complete entree.


Antipasto Skewers
The word - antipasto, is of Italian origin meaning ""before the food."" But as antipasto has become more popular they are now a food in itself. Ours is the quintessential example. Mild, delicious Mozzarella cheese is threaded on a skewer along with chunks of sun-dried tomatoes and a wedge of tender artichoke heart. These tasty vegetables are complemented with spiced Kalamata olives then all are coated with olive oil, salt and accented with bits of basil leaves. What else can be said...buon appetito!"
