of your products?
All our products are produced in a USDA and HAACP controlled manufacturing
facility. We use only the finest quality ingredients, such as half & half
cream, beef tenderloin, and whole white meat chicken breast. Our recipes
and fresh ingredients assure our products have "made-on-premise" quality.

6. Are your products Kosher Certified?
We represent a Kosher Line of Hors d’oeuvres: Kosher Gourmet Hors d’oeuvres.
They are all Star-K certified. There are seven delicious varieties in
all! Six of the seven are Pareve and one is Glatt Kosher. The remainder
of our Appetizers And, Inc. product line is non-kosher. Please contact

8. Tell me about your freezing
capabilities and technology?
We utilize a Cryo-Quick freezer to individually quick freeze all our products.
This technologically advanced freezing process maximizes a product's freshness
over a period of time, achieved by protecting the product from freezer
burn and dehydration.

tray or case?
The majority of our products come packed 25 pieces to the tray, 4 freshly
sealed trays per case, and 100 pieces to the case. Some products, however,
vary from this and are packed in miscellaneous assortments. For additional

Tell me about your product cooking times and what type of oven I need?
Cooking times of products vary by product. Many are just heat & serve,
which are ready to re-heat on our oven-able board tray or in the chafing
liner. This minimal product preparation required reduces costly labor
time. Please see labels or Point-of-Sale material for guidance.
All of our ovenable products can be baked in either a convection or conventional
oven. Individual labels state timing and temperature for each type of
oven. We also manufacture cold items, which require no heating, as well
as deep fried items, which require a deep fryer.
Our entire line of products are quick, easy to prepare, and have a "just-made"

Can I cook on the trays provided?
Most of our products are bake-able on our patented black ovenable trays.

hold up in a chafing dish?
We develop and test hors d'oeuvres specifically for the purpose of placement
in a chafing dish. Here at Appetizers And, Inc., we understand the real
conditions in today's foodservice kitchens and, therefore, design our
products to hold up well for a long period of time. For specific product

17. Do your products need to
be slacked off or defrosted prior to baking?
The majority of our products do not require to be "slacked off" prior
to baking. Please see individual labels for appropriate preparation instructions.

If I am a caterer/chef/operator, what is your standard time frame for
placing an order?
The time frame to place an order is by noon, seven days prior to ship
date. We understand that your demands can change. Therefore, changes to
the order can be made until 9:00 am the day before your order ships. As
always, please contact us in any emergency and we will do our best to
accommodate your needs.

The time frame to place an order varies according to type of distributor.
For LTL shipments, please place order by noon, 48 hours prior to shipping.
