For
over 33 years, Appetizers And, Inc. has offered the first hand-crafted,
premium quality hors d'oeuvres and cold canapes. The company was founded
in 1967 when George King, a chef, and Pat Domanik, a caterer, began selling
fresh hors d'oeuvres to local Chicago hotels. As the demand for our product
increased, Appetizers And, Inc. began offering a selection of frozen hors
d'oeuvres allowing us to increase our scope of distribution and provide
timely response to our customers. Today, we have national distribution
across the country as well as a direct sales force serving customers and
distributors in every major city in the U.S.

Throughout the years, Appetizers And, Inc. has continually refined the
methods used to hand-craft our products. Through extensive research and
customer feedback, we have developed products with an array of benefits
that meet our customers' many and varied needs. Our recipes and fresh
ingredients assure our products have "made-on-premise" quality. Our freezing
process is state-of-the-art, providing superior quality and fresh taste.
Our packaging is innovative, and designed for maximum customer convenience.
For example, items are packaged in 25 piece trays and 100 count cases.
This matches the typical menu which is most often established in multiples
of 25 or 100.

Appetizers And, Inc., customer safety is a key concern. The Appetizers
And, Inc. facility is a USDA inspected facility utilizing sophisticated
quality control processes. In addition, independent laboratories are used
and HACCP is followed for extra control.
We strongly believe that only the best comes out of our customers' kitchens
and we guarantee a product as 'wholesome' as one "made-on-premise". We
proudly state that after more than 30 years, we are still owner-operated
and continue to think of each hors d'oeuvre and each cold canape as an
extension of George and Pat's hand-crafting, just as in the beginning.
