
In 1967, George King, a chef, and Pat Domanik, a caterer, began selling fresh hors d’oeuvres to local Chicago hotels. Appetizers And, Inc. became the first company to offer hand-crafted, premium quality hors d’oeuvres and cold canapés. As the demand dramatically increased, Appetizers And, Inc. began offering a selection of frozen hors d’oeuvres. This allowed us to increase our scope of distribution and provide timely response to our customers.
